Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to join our head office team in Mona Vale. 

As Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator you will be required to demonstrate the below skillset:

Customer Service
  • Managing & actioning incoming calls, chats and emails from customers in a timely and effective manner
  • Responding, investigating and resolving questions and complex issues from customers and working alongside other departments
  • Handling all web-based inquiries via Freshchat
  • End-to-end daily management of online returns including; receipt of stock, garment QC, processing and issuing credit notes / refunds / exchanges
  • Steaming garments for customer returns
  • Improving processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Weekly/Monthly Reporting

Warehouse
  • Coordinate warehouse team and their workload
  • Scheduling and overseeing the warehouse team to meet demands of the fulfilment centre and manage the flow and quality of work to maximise efficiency and minimise overtime
  • Careful packing and processing of online orders with high attention to detail if required
  • Assisting with processing incoming shipments into the warehouse; completing accurate stock counts, checking against packing lists and recording and reporting any discrepancies when required
  • Accountable for tight inventory management; by conducting regular accurate stock-takes and cycle counts
  • Conduct investigations should stock level variances arrive and determine the root cause of these issues
