What size should I buy?
As we are an Australian Company, all of our sizing is displayed in Australian Sizing Standards.
Please refer to our Size Chart to assist you with any necessary size conversions.
Our size chart is only a guide, if you fall in-between sizes the right size for you will depend on your body shape, height and how loose or tight you like to wear your clothes.

What is your returns policy?
Australia & International:
FULL PRICED ITEMS:
Full Priced Items are eligible for a return for either an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item’s must be returned within 14 days of from the purchased date in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If items are returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Please Note: Full Priced Items purchased using the M+E Welcome Discount are still considered Full Price Items, and are eligible as per the above.
PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS
Items that are full priced and marked as //PROMO during a promotional sale are eligible for a Store Credit only.
Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Credits are valid for (3) years from date of issue. We strictly do not offer refunds on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.
SALE ITEMS / FINAL SALE
All products marked down are final sale and have a strict no Returns policy. These items are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed you may give us a call or email us to cancel your order. However, if your order has been dispatched we are not able to cancel or refund you.
If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will have to wait until you receive it. You then can request a return with our returns department.
Unfortunately orders placed during sale/promo periods Black Friday, Boxing day etc cannot be cancelled once placed.
Will I have to pay for customs & duties?
We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer please be aware that International Orders may incur customs/ import duty fees, or additional taxes when your order arrives. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these additional costs.
Please Note: Any duties and taxes paid are not eligible to be reimbursed by Maurie + Eve.
If you chose not to accept your delivery, or pay these fees, and have your order sent back to Maurie + Eve those addtional shipping costs of $68AUD will be deducted from your final refund. For further information on potential import fees, please contact your local customs office prior to placing order.
M+E is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
What currency is used online?
If you are located in Australia, New Zealand or USA the currency is displayed in your home currency.
All other regions, the currency is displayed in AUD $.
