Sleep Honey is a deep sleep syrup intended to put you to sleep, and keep you asleep throughout the whole night. It is intended to relieve any signs and symptoms of insomnia and anxiety. It acts to reduce sleep latency, wakefulness during sleep, and calm the nervous system.

*Raw Honey, Purified Water, Ethanol, *Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis) 250mg dry equiv. , *Hops (Humulus lupulus) 250mg dry equiv. , *Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 250mg dry equiv. , *Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) 250mg dry equiv. , *Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) 250mg dry equiv.

How to use:
Start with 1 teaspoon, 1-2 hours prior to bedtime. Continue with this dosage nightly for a week, and then you can take less, or up to 1.5 tablespoons. Be intuitive with this! Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Need to know:
Drowsiness is a possible side effect. Doses taken 20x the recommended dose may cause hepatotoxicity. May interact with pharmaceutical sedatives and antiestrogenic drugs.
