Returns Policy

Returning Condition
Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded neatly and with their tags attached. If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge

Full Priced Item Australia / NZ
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit when returned to us within 14 days from the date of fulfilment.

Full Priced items Rest of World
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or store credit when returned to us within 14 days from the date of fulfilment.

Final sale items
All products marked down and tagged with "final sale" have a strict no returns policy. These items are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

Promotional Codes
Orders placed using a promotional discount code (such as sitewide offers or limited-time promotions) are eligible for return as store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
If a promotional code is applied to an item already marked as final sale, that purchase remains final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewellery
All purchases of earrings are final sale. We do not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons. Other jewellery such as necklaces, bracelets, bangles and rings may be eligible for returns provided they meet the return conditions.

Swimwear
Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene protection stickers attached. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered. Please note underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons, if for any reason there are markings on the swim these will be sent back to you.

Shoes
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

Faulty Returns
We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have. We understand this is really disappointing. Please email us within 7 days of receiving our order. We require your order number, images of the fault and a small description to shop@maurieandeve.comIf something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.

Return shipping
All customers are liable for their return shipping costs. Maurie and Eve is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/returns. We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel.

To return your item/s, please click here and follow the prompts.
Once you have processed your return online, please ship this back with registered post to our returns address. Our team will endeavour to process all returns within 5-7 business days once received at our 3PL.



BLACK FRIDAY& BOXING DAY RETURN POLICY:

 All items that are full price on the website, and where a Black Friday discount code has been applied, are strictly only eligible to be returned for a store credit. Any items that are already on sale and marked final sale on our website, are unable to be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.These items are strictly final sale.Please note, during our Black Friday sale, no refunds are accepted, unless an item is deemed faulty by our production team. Should you have any further questions, please reach out to our customer service team and they can gladly assist -shop@maurieandeve.com
