Returns Policy

RETURNING CONDITION

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded neatly and with their tags attached. If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit when returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.

All customers are liable for their return shipping costs.
Maurie + Eve is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/returns.We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel. 

PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS

Items that are full priced and marked as //PROMO during a promotional sale are eligible for a Store Credit only.
Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Credits are valid for (3) years from date of issue. We strictly do not offer refunds on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.

SALE ITEMS / FINAL SALE

All products marked down are final sale and have a strict no Returns policy. These items are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

SHOES, SWIMWEAR AND EARRINGS

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not at all accept returns for earrings or swimwear.

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

FAULTY RETURNS

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have. We understand this is really disappointing. Please email us within 7 days of receiving our order. We require your order number, images of the fault and a small description to shop@maurieandeve.com

If something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.

What is your Return Policy?

FULL PRICED ITEMS:
Full Priced Items are eligible for a return for either an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item’s must be returned within 14 days of from the purchased date in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If items are returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge. 

Please Note: Full Priced Items purchased using the M+E Welcome Discount are still considered Full Price Items, and are eligible as per the above. 

PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS

How do I return an item?

Our Return Procedure is super quick and easy!

To return an item, please click here and follow the prompts. 

Please note, all customers are liable for their return fees.
Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the item/s are deemed faulty .

**Returns from different orders need to be actioned on our Online Return Portal separately. 

Do I have to pay for my Return shipping?

AUS / NZ / INTERNATIONAL:
All customers are liable for their return shipping costs.
Please ship back your return using any courier service of choice. We do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.

Maurie + Eve is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/returns.
We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel. 

Please Note: Due to limited international freight flights entering Australia, International returns can cost up to and over $200. We recommend contacting your local post office for more detailed costs and information.

Can I drop my return off to your Mona Vale Head Office?

Yes, you are more than welcome to drop your Return off to our Mona Vale head office instead of posting it!
Please note this is our Head office so this is strictly a drop off or pick up service only.

Please ensure you have completed the Online Return Portal process before arriving with your return. We also recommend emailing us at shop@maurieandeve.com or calling us on 02 9997 2693 so our Customer Care Team can alert our Returns Team of your drop off.

How will I be refunded/ credited?

Once your Return has been received back at our Head Office, it will be undergo a Quilty Control Review and once it is been cleared it will be processed within 5-7 business Days by our Return Team. You will be alerted via email when your item has been received, and again once it has been processed.

You will receive your Refund or Store Credit for the purchase price directly onto the original method of payment used for your purchase. If you paid with a Gift Card, or Store Credit you will be refunded onto the same Gift Card/ Store Credit that you used, and you will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase. 

Please Note: All Store Credits and Refunds exclude any Shipping and Handling Costs

Do you Offer Exchanges?

Yes, we have listened to your feedback and we now offer exchanges! You will be able to select this option during the Online Return Portal process.

Please Note: At this stage we only offer size exchanges, and all exchanges are pending stock availability.

I have received a Faulty Item, how do I return this?

Why wont my Return Process?

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble processing your return, there are three reasons your return may not be processing:

1. Your order is now outside of our strict 14 Day Return Policy and no longer eligible for a return

2. The item/s you are trying to return were Sale Items and are not eligible for a return

3. You have entered your Order Number or Email Address incorrectly
