Online Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return your items back to us within 21 days from your delivery date.
We offer Exchanges (Australian + New Zealand Customers only), Store Credits and Refunds subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for exchange, credit note or refund when returned to us within twenty-one (21) days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS
Items that are full priced and discounted during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for a Store Credit. Store Credits are valid for three (3) years from date of issue. We do not offer refunds on any Promotional Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All products marked down are "Sale" have a strict no returns policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
JEWELLERY AND SHOES
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. So we are able to best assist you please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to firstname.lastname@example.org
If something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, credit note or refund.
At this stage we are only able to offer exchanges to Australian and New Zealand customers, exchanges for International customers is something we hope to have up and running in the near future! Please Note: Exchanged items can only be returned for a Store Credit, we do not offer refunds on returns that are an exchanged item.
