Sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

RETURNING CONDITION

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit when returned to us within (30) days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

FINAL SALE/ PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

SHOES, SWIMWEAR AND EARRINGS

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not at all accept returns for earrings or swimwear.

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

FAULTY RETURNS

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. Please email us within 7 days of receiving our order. We require your order number, images of the fault and a small description to shop@maurieandeve.com

If something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.

What is your Return Policy?

Full Priced Items: Full Priced Items are eligible for a return for either an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item’s must be returned within 30 days of receiving in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If items are returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge. 

Please Note: Items purchased using the M+E Welcome Discount, or Birthday Discount are still considered Full Price Items, and are eligible as per the above. 

Promotional Items: Full Priced Items that are purchased during a promotional period, using a coupon code or automatic discount applied at check out eg. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, VOSN, Flash Sale etc. are eligible to be returned for a Store Credit or Exchange Only

Please Note: Store Credits are vailed for Three (3) Years from date of issue. 

Sale Items: All items marked with sale are NOT eligible for a return, this includes return for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.

How do I return an item?

Our Return Procedure is super quick and easy!

To return an item, please click here and follow the prompts. 

Please Note: Returns from different orders need to be actioned on our Online Return Portal separately. 

How Much Do Returns Cost?

Australian + New Zealand Customers: If you have purchased a full price item & chosen a Store Credit, Exchange or to use our 'Shop Now' feature as your Return method you will receive a Free Returns Label.

If you have chosen a Refund as your Return method you will be provided with a Prepaid Return Postage Label once you finish processing your Return - the Prepaid Return Label is $12AUD ($15NZD) and will be deducted from your refund amount. 

International Customers: One day we hope to offer Prepaid Return Labels to our International Customers too, but unfortunately the cost to facilitate this is currently too high for our small Australian Business. At this stage all International Returns are completely payable by the customer.

However, we do have Prepaid International Returns high on our To-Do agenda, so please give us a bit more time to create a streamline Global Return Experience for all of our customers.

Please Note: Due to limited international freight flights entering Australia, International returns can cost up to and over $200. We recommend contacting your local post office for more detailed cost information.

Maurie + Eve is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries. We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel. 

Can I drop my return off to your Mona Vale Head Office?

Yes, you are more than welcome to drop your Return off to our Mona Vale head office instead of posting it!

Please ensure you have completed the Online Return Portal process before arriving with your return. We also recommend emailing us at shop@maurieandeve.com or calling us on 02 9997 2693 so our Customer Care Team can alert our Returns Team of your drop off.

How will I be refunded/ credited?

Once your Return has been received back at our Head Office, it will be undergo a Quilty Control Review and once it is been cleared it will be processed within 3-5 Days by our Return Team. You will be alerted via email when your item has been received, and again once it has been processed.

You will receive your Refund or Store Credit for the purchase price directly onto the original method of payment used for your purchase. If you paid with a Gift Card, or Store Credit you will be refunded onto the same Gift Card/ Store Credit that you used, and you will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase. 

Please Note: All Store Credits and Refunds exclude any Shipping and Handling Costs

Do you Offer Exchanges?

Yes, we have listened to your feedback and we now offer exchanges! You will be able to select this option during the Online Return Portal process.

Please Note: At this stage we only offer size exchanges, and all exchanges are pending stock availability.

I have received a Faulty Item, how do I return this?

Why wont my Return Process?

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble processing your return, there are three reasons your return may not be processing:

1. Your order is now outside of our strict 30 Day Return Policy and no longer eligible for a return

2. The item/s you are trying to return were Sale Items and are not eligible for a return

3. You have entered your Order Number or Email Address incorrectly
