Marketing Calendar Management: Develop and manage the Marketing Calendar, aligning it with business goals and promotional activities.
Prioritize campaigns, promotions, and product launches to optimize resource allocation and maximize sales opportunities.
Paid Advertising Strategy: Design and execute strategic paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Affiliate networks). Leverage your expertise to drive traffic, increase conversions, and generate revenue.
Identify opportunities for campaign optimization through market trend analysis and competitor activities.
Campaign Implementation and Optimization: Manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, targeting, and bid management.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to improve eCommerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and ROAS.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using platforms like GA4 and Looker Studio.
Generate regular reports providing insights on eCommerce metrics and data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
Budget Management: Develop and manage paid advertising budgets for eCommerce initiatives.
Monitor campaign spending, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
Provide budget adjustment recommendations based on performance and business objectives.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content creators, web developers, customer service, and product teams.
Align paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives, understand eCommerce goals, and develop strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in eCommerce.
Attend industry conferences, webinars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in paid advertising management.
Strong proficiency in campaign implementation and optimization.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, work autonomously, achieve objectives, and resolve issues promptly.
Strong and compassionate communicator.
Bonus: Technical knowledge of Shopify Plus, Google Tag Manager, HotJar, and Commission Factory.
