Orders are processed 9am - 2pm Monday through Friday, and are shipped within 24 hours of placement - excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. Please note a 1-2 day processing and shipping delay may occur during promotional periods.
Same Day Courier
We offer a same day shipping service to customers located in the Sydney metro area. If your address is valid to select our same day service it will appear as an option in the checkout.
3hr Delivery is available for customers based in Sydney. Price is subject to your postcode and calculated at checkout.
Order by 2pm Monday-Friday for delivery within 3 hours.
Same Day Delivery

Order by 11am Monday-Friday for delivery on the same day.
*If you place your order past the cut off times, it will be scheduled for delivery next business day.
Please note, if you are unreachable at your delivery address there will be an additional charge for redelivery.
Warehouse Pick Up
You are able to collect your order up from our warehouse located in Mona Vale, NSW 2103 from 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be collected. If you are no longer able to collect your order please call our Customer Service Team on 02 9997 2693 to arrange a postage payment, and your order will be posted out to you.
Please note, this option is strictly for pick up only. Be mindful this is an office space when arriving and our team may be in meetings. As this is not a store, there is no option for trying on goods when picking up your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
Maurie and Eve ships worldwide (excluding Russia). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Internationally to PO Boxes.

Duties and Taxes
All international orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).
Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In instances where the duties and taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to Maurie and Eve a return shipping fee of $68AUD will be deducted from the refund amount. For further information, please contact your local customs office prior to placing order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number via email that can be traced.

I haven't received my order?
If you have received your dispatch email and still have not received your order, please use your tracking number to track your order.
If you haven't received a dispatch email, please visit our Contact page with your order number (eg. #AU1234) and we can investigate this for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us straight away.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order is on its way & provide you will the tracking information.
How can I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days to report the issue and we will replace, refund or fix in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.
Can you mark my international order as a gift?
We are unable to label a parcel incorrectly to avoid customs & duties charges, sorry. This is because if the declaration form is found to be incorrect both parties may be liable for financial penalties or prosecution.
